We have been in Nepal for several weeks now appreciating some warm weather while enjoying our Nepali friends. In addition to more formal times of teaching, we have enjoyed just hanging out with the sponsored students. We treated them to their very first taste of Mexican food….tacos! As you might guess, the essential ingredients traveled with us from the USA.
